DILG Assistant Secretaries, to wit: Josefina Castilla-Go, OIC, Assistant Secretary for Plans and Programs and BuB, and Atty. Ma. Perpetua B. Unico, Assistant Secretary for Legal Matters and Affairs. Also, present were Paisal O. Abutazil, CESO III, Regional Director DILG Region IX, Zainudin Abdillah, City Director, Eng. Khalid S. Dumagay, CESE, DILG-ARMM Director III, Hja. Sitty P. Pananguilan, DILG-ARMM Chief Administrative Officer, Tonina M. Mabang, LGOO VII/Chief  LGDD, and Atty. Ronald Torres, Legal Consultant.
The purpose of the meeting was to talk about the implementation of BuB and its improvements.
