DATU MIKE MIDTIMBANG, MILF Spokesman VON AL HAQ, and BIAF-MILF TOKS IBRAHIM so with their inspirational messages that appease and inspired the hearts of the participants.

Before hand, the Punong Barangays had a lot of anxieties and apprehensions about their plight that they are now included in the BARMM as they opted during the Plebiscite conducted last February 6, 2019. Such as, “Will they still have their IRA?, Will they still have their functions and powers as Barangay Officials?,“ as manifested during expectation setting exercises.

However, as the Orientation-Briefing went through, all the confusions and doubts vanished into thin air, so much so, when the BIG BOSSES of BARMM stood one after the other and answered all their quarries and clarifications.

Indeed, it was a very successful event for the Ministry of Local Government (MLG) in partnership with the United Nation Development Programme (UNDP). CONGRATULATIONS!
